Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive talent development programs that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Assess training needs and design effective training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.
Lead the creation and delivery of leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
Collaborate with department heads to identify key talent and create individualized development plans.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
Manage and facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization.
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on career development and performance improvement.

Qualifications & Competency:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in people development, preferably within the F&B or retail industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of talent development methodologies and best practices.
Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs and workshops.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively and influence others to achieve desired outcomes.
Proficient in using HRIS and learning management systems.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
