We’re looking for an Finance Intern (Account Receivable) to join our Finance team based in Batam, Indonesia to be the key person on invoice issuance and liaising with the clients in order to ensure payment is collected in a timely manner.

What You'll Be Doing

Issue invoices daily to maintain accurate AR records
Monitor, track, and reconcile incoming payments to ensure timely collection
Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices
Support receivable reporting through accurate and timely data entry
Assist with day-to-day AR documentation and process improvements

Final Year Student/Fresh Graduate, who is willing to work on-site in Harbor Bay Area, Batam
Background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with basic understanding of Accounts Receivable principles
Comfortable handling data entry and working with numbers
Good command in English (verbal and written)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Collaborative team player with good communication skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
