Responsibilities:
As a Career and Talent Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing the overall talent development strategy to support the growth and success of our employees. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent development programs that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Assess training needs and design effective training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.
• Lead the creation and delivery of leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify key talent and create individualized development plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage and facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization.
