About the role Forte Biotech is seeking a proactive and adaptable Sales and Warehouse Representative to support our customers and business growth in Indonesia. This hybrid role combines customer service, business development, warehouse fulfilment, and event representation. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, take ownership of customer issues, and ensure products are packed and dispatched accurately from our Batam warehouse. Key responsibilities 1. Warehouse and order fulfilment · Support day-to-day operations at the Batam warehouse, including picking, packing, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch. · Coordinate product shipments and help ensure that orders are accurate, securely packed, and sent on time. · Handle products and shipment records carefully and follow the company's operating and inventory procedures. 4. Events and company representation · Represent Forte Biotech at exhibitions, seminars, workshops, customer meetings, and other relevant events across Indonesia. · Communicate professionally with customers, partners, and event participants, and share relevant leads and market feedback with the company after each event.
