Manages issues and escalates as appropriate
Ensures the quality and content of all project deliverables

Ensures that regular project team reviews of the status of plans, budgets, issues, risks and changes are conducted
Coordinates activities and deliverables for all workstreams, working closely with the work stream leaders to execute successfully
Ensures the project plan is base-lined to enable progress measurement against set criteria as well as impacts related to changes
Assists in acquiring resources
Works closely with, and advises, the Project Sponsor and Project Steering Committee (if one exists); Prepares periodic reports for the Steering Committee summarizing progress against the plan and any corrective actions needed to resolve deviations from plans
Develops, implements and sustains effective quality management guidelines for the project
Follows and is responsible for overall project governance

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing multiple tasks and projects, especially operational and business improvement projects that are cross functional. Experience in project management is preferable.
Good influencing and communication skills.
Good analytical skills and experience in both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
