(#B3W).ResponsibilitesStrategy & Planning* Lead Infra delivery operational planning, projects, organize and negotiate the allocation of IT resources.* Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.* Ensure the efficient utilization of IT GIC resources – including personnel and equipment – across the organization.* Oversee all reports and documentation related to IT GIC.* Develop and implement all functional policies and procedures, including those for architecture, standards, purchasing, and service provision.* Manage all functional policies and procedures, including those for architecture, standards, purchasing, and service provision.* Manage project status update by on Infra delivery team, catch-up with other IT team member.* Manage substitution member of IT GIC Manager due to sick leave, on leave or other reason causing that person not able to perform their function.* Continually manage service delivery performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.* Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise IT GIC team in achieving unit goals and influence them to take positive action, value delivery, and maximum contribution to IT objectives, and accountability for their assigned work.Acquisition & Deployment* Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of IT systems, including Helpdesk, Incident Management, Desktop Support, Network & Voice support, Data Center Operation and Server & System support.* Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT GIC spending and initiatives.* Perform assessment for purchase of equipment and supplies to meet operational requirements of the business.* Analyze existing operations and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT GIC.* Oversee end to end progress of all IT GIC projects within the PMO portfolio.* Track and monitor all IT GIC project milestones, deliverables, and financials.* Conduct continuous technology risk assessment, impact measurement, timely risk escalation, and risk mitigation plan formulation.* Review the annual IT GIC budgeting process.* Monitor IT GIC financial planning, forecasting, realization monitoring, and reporting to IT management, including expense payment, accrual, accounting, and reconciliation process.* Highest level of analytical and critical thinking skills and able to manage teams of managers to deliver project outcomes.* Lead team to define and implement innovative, relevant infrastructure and operations capabilities that help enables DBSI business and make it easy for Infra team to deliver the results.* Lead team to Conduct research on hardware and software products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.Operational Management* Practice asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment.* Manage operations staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.* Oversee operations-related projects and projects portfolio.* Manage Infrastructure compliance Health check regularly.* Overseeing major IT Infra project including implementation new system and infrastructure upgrades or changes.* Actively participate on local/regional change control board forum, and changes on Infra activities which cover voice, network, desktop support, datacenter, and server operation and involve in change management proses end to end visibility on changes.* Manage Infra delivery team for project that has been assigned not limited to network/voice, data center, desktop, and servers’ operation.* Manage Infra operation compliance process for schedule reboot servers, patching to line of business technology, network activities including changes,* Lead and represent Infra in contract meeting, project management update, monthly report, technology risk forum, Incident meeting, forecast vs actual virtual cloud capacity.* Solution architect for design and implementation as directed by regional and any local initiative.* Build Regional communication and escalation.* Working closely with Governance, security, and audit team.* Manage focal point for DBS securities out-source.* Lead team to review workload and staffing requirements, make recommendations regarding employment, promotions, salary adjustments, and termination.* Perform employee counseling and work performance evaluations as required Direct staff and the activity of others during the testing, monitoring and installation of new systems and major system releases.* Lead the team to provide a minimum of weekly status report update for current projects.* Lead the team to maintain up-to-date documentation of operating processes and procedures and participate in internal/external audits.* Have broader knowledge and sense to anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems on server and storage systems.

Escalate incidents as necessary.* Leverage asset management practice, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.* Lead communication to recommend external consultants as necessary to assist in large Information Technology projects (within the guidelines established by the enterprise)* Hire/terminate direct reports, as well as approve staff reporting to the direct reports.* Lead the team to take ownership in the review, monitor, and follow up of contracts for computer and communication technology software and services.Requirement* University degree in the field of computer science, information science, or management information systems* Proven experience managing team in IT infrastructure planning and development more than 10 years* Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives* Strong understanding of human resource management principles, practices, and procedures* Strong understanding of project management principles* Strong technical knowledge of Systems, Hardware, protocols, and standards, including firewalls, Active Directory, Email system, Server, PCs.* Good experience in handling IT Infrastructure project such cloud technology – private cloud, public cloud, Oracle Private Cloud, Microservices, Windows/Linux OS, Firewall, Load Balancer, P2V, V2V, AIX, Network setup and migration, server, storage, S3, databases, Carrier Wan Technology, Network Design, Solution architect, OpenShift and other cutting-edge technology.* Individual should be motivated and team player.* Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.* Excellent written and oral communication skills.* Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.-en
