Manager Die Cast Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities; develop short-term and long-term product and technology strategies for Die Cast industry in Indonesia.
• Conduct marketing development activities based on Chem-Trend fundamentals and business model for the purpose of meeting and exceeding the growth of Chem-Trend.
• Analyze Die Cast related market trends regularly and timely, and implement strategies to meet optimal level of customer satisfaction and ensure continuous market share improvement from the industry.
• Provide product and technical support to local distributors to ensure timely introduction of technology into the marketplace.
• Support the management analysis and monthly forecast to the finance department.
• Perform regular review and initiate products upgrade.
• Develop, implement and participate in various trade shows and conventions. Organizes technical seminars and product trainings to distributors and customers.
• Develop new and existing customers and distributor relationships; generate and negotiate new growth with mold release agents’ customers and distributors in Indonesia. Visit customers regularly to ensure consistent quality of our products used in the market.
• Ensure global product naming policy is implemented in accordance with the requirements in the market.
• Ensure that your Health, Safety and Environmental standards are in line with the company and local legal requirements.
• Assist in any ad hoc projects

Qualifications

• A chemical or engineering degree from a reputable University or equivalent.
• Five years of working experience of which at least two years as a Manager.
• Preferred - knowledge of technical support and marketing strategies in the relevant industry.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Excellent time management, highly motivated and good initiative.
