We are now looking for Territory Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales strategies and drive best in class execution of promotions, visibility and distribution plans in the assigned area.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Achieve secondary sales targets and KPIs at respective area
Monitor sales performance versus KPIs
Support Joint Business Plan reviews with Key Account customers
Implement distributor business development plans for each distributor
Monitor delivery fulfilment / service level of distributors and customer
Conduct monthly/quarterly business review meetings with distributor and customer
Nurture & Develop continuous improvement culture through employee engagement and people development
Build & lead strong teams toward results (recruitment, motivation and development staffing responsibilities)
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor degree from any major
At least 5 years of experience in Sales Field Management within the FMCG industry, including 2 years in a managerial role
